Patti Landers is an associate dietitian and the dietetic internship director at Keith & Associates in Tulsa, OK. She comes to the consulting dietitian business after an academic career at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center where she is Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Sciences. Abigail Joy Dougherty is a registered dietitian based in Tampa, FL and the founder of The Soul of Health Nutrition where she focuses on bringing joy into the world of food and nutrition through mixing science based information with real life experience. Linda is an engaging, high energy, international speaker on the topics of time management, communication skills, public speaking, staff training, and non-traditional careers. She guarantees to keep an audience involved, even after lunch, or you don’t pay her speaking fee, only the travel expenses! Linda has published over 220 articles, and authored, co-authored, or contributed to 11 books, including Flavorful Fortified Food – Recipes to Enrich Life. Since 2010, she is also responsible for 38 secure and community correctional facilities in 11 states across the country as the full time Corporate Dietitian for Community Education Centers. Linda has previously served NE as a mentor, member of the Nominating Committee, and Secretary. She is responsible for spearheading the approval for the Second Career Dietitians Specialty Group from the Academy. She is currently serving as Secretary of the Association of Correctional Food Service Affiliates International Board. Linda was President of Central Pennsylvania Dietetic Association, honored as the 2001 Outstanding Dietitian in Pennsylvania, and is a charter Fellow of the American Dietetic Association. She is a lifetime member of Girl Scouts, Level II archery instructor, sings in a Praise choir, and is restoring a one-room Stanhope Schoolhouse for the local historical society.
