    Dear NE Members,

We hope you are doing well and finding value in our DPG/MIG community. We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding job postings on our discussion boards.

Effective immediately, job advertisements, including any details about position descriptions, salary ranges, or other employment-related information, are no longer permitted on any DPG and MIG discussion boards. This change aligns with state regulations that require salary disclosures in job postings and aims to prevent any potential anti-trust concerns that may arise from sharing salary information in public or member-only forums.

To ensure that job postings comply with these legal requirements, all employment-related advertisements should now be submitted to the Academy’s official job board. This dedicated platform is designed to handle job postings in a compliant, professional manner, and provides a valuable resource for both employers and job seekers within our community.

We understand that this is a change from our previous practice, but it is a necessary step to maintain the integrity and compliance of our discussion boards. Your cooperation will help us continue to provide a positive and legally sound environment for all members.

Thank you for your attention to this update and for your continued engagement with our DPG/MIG community. If you have any questions or concerns about these new guidelines, please feel free to contact us.
