The purpose of the NE Member Marketplace is to provide a forum for the promotion and sales of products and services of NE members. This is a NE member benefit that will be a resource available to other ADA members and the public through the NE Web site and will adhere to the following guidelines.
Guidelines for Listing Products and Services on the NE Website
Non NE Members
1. Products developed by Non-dietitian entrepreneurs (ADA Members) may be listed on the Web site.
NE welcomes other practice group entrepreneurs to post products or services on the Web site. Non-member dietitians will pay $40 for first submission, with $15 per additional listing. Alternately, they can purchase a membership and be eligible for the membership rate. Testimonials may not be included in the submission.
2. Non- members may post a graphic or a logo with their listing(s) for a cost of $10.
3. Products listed on the Web site must be developed by the dietitian entrepreneur.
All market site products/services must be wholly owned or copyrighted by the ADA member. This opportunity is for the dietitian entrepreneur, whether member or non-member, to affordably advertise products and services valued by the nutrition community.
4. Submissions are valid through May 31.
Each submission and listing will be posted from June 1 through May 31 or any part of that time. The listing may be renewed each year at the same rate as defined above, unless NE amends the rates. A reminder email will be sent to those listed in Products and Services in April asking if they wish to renew and if there are any updates to their submissions.

"This member market site is provided for the benefit and convenience of members of the NE DPG. The fact that a product or service is included here does not suggest that it is endorsed, sponsored, or recommended by the DPG or ADA. Members should form their own opinions about such products or services."
" NE reserves the right to refuse inclusion of a product whose nature/content may be considered discriminatory, personally offensive, or otherwise unacceptable."
" NE reserves the right to evaluate all statements and visual images in product/services submissions and to refuse to accept any that do not conform to NE or ADA policy or philosophy."
NE Members
1. Each submission form is considered a listing.
A listing may be for the member, the member's company, the member's product, or a group of products that fit within the defined categories chosen. Members may choose to list similar products together in one submission form provided that ALL items listed belong to the same category. Testimonials may not be included in the submission. Listings will be limited to a total of five (5) per member.
2. Products developed by Non-dietitian entrepreneurs (ADA Members) may be listed on the Web site.
